WellheadIQ provides oil and gas data analytics, pricing information, and related services through our web platform and API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Payment Terms

9. Indemnification

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information provided through our services. Users should verify critical data independently.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's confidential information and not to use such information except as necessary to perform under this agreement.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for cause, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
